THE IDEA: Inclusive Design
In an aging society, there is a growing market for furniture and products designed to address the needs and challenges of seniors. While many of these items offer practical solutions to common issues faced by the elderly, there is often a lack of aesthetic consideration in their design.
Problem
The concept of this project is to revolutionize bathroom chair design with a focus on accessibility, inclusivity, and user well-being. By reimagining these chairs to provide users with greater dignity, I aim to create a product that accommodates individuals with mobility challenges. This approach not only addresses practical needs but also reduces the psychological burden associated with using such equipment and even promotes a sense of confidence with comfort.
